Tapping The Wisdom Within brought a unique challenge of a bilingual brand that wishes to establish a multinational online presence. The brand focuses on psychotherapy – helping individuals with a wide array of mental health aspects.

Challenge

The first challenge was deciding whether the company will continue with mainly a service offering, or paired with a product offering too. This arose from having a difficult vision with a lack of direction. This made it very challenging to develop an effective strategy, and required to strip the brand values to the core basis and build up the brand guidelines from there.

Work carried out

Several consultation sessions were carried out first, focusing on creating a clear vision for the brand, and building a direction for the social media strategy. A clear overview of the brand’s content pillars and brand voice helped create the right kind of content to fully illustrate the unique service offering.

Result

Within a very short amount of time we were able to establish a very clear yet comprehensive marketing strategy. On top of that, we also laid on a business development path – showing what steps need to be followed for further organic growth, and how the service offering should evolve as the brand grows. We successfully created a recognisable brand presence across Meta platforms, as well as LinkedIn.
